With thousands of products, the mortgage market can be confusing. Our team of professionals can help homebuyers quickly find the right mortgage, as well as offer professional advice on products available in the mortgage market. We are available 7 days a week, offering appointments which can be arranged at your earliest convenience.

Communication is key throughout the process and our aim is to ensure we liaise with all parties, including your lender to make sure your mortgage offer is sent out to you within the shortest timescale possible.

More than a simple advice service

The New Homes Mortgage Helpline team are with you all the way, helping you to find the right mortgage, then supporting you throughout the home buying process and keeping you up-to-date on the progress of your mortgage application.

We believe we are unique in offering mortgage arrangement services specifically tailored to the needs of people buying a new home. We only use our own Mortgage and Protection Advisers providing consistency and continuity.

What’s more, we are available 7 days a week to ensure we are always on hand for you.

From start to finish, our experience of NHMH has been amazing!
