Many buyers wrongly believe that they will be unable to get a mortgage in the UK if they only have a small deposit and are not British citizens. 90% LTV (95% in certain circumstances) mortgages remain available to foreign nationals who have either settled/pre-settled status, or who are on a recognised VISA (subject to criteria).
The 10% deposit can be made up of 5% from the purchaser and 5% financial incentive from you as the housebuilder (if available), and these mortgages are available through several high street lenders.
