Spotlight On: Foreign Nationals

Many buyers wrongly believe that they will be unable to get a mortgage in the UK if they only have a small deposit and are not British citizens. 90% LTV (95% in certain circumstances) mortgages remain available to foreign nationals who have either settled/pre-settled status, or who are on a recognised VISA (subject to criteria).

The 10% deposit can be made up of 5% from the purchaser and 5% financial incentive from you as the housebuilder (if available), and these mortgages are available through several high street lenders. Speak to your Account Manager for further details, or refer your purchasers to us via the Helpline as early on in their buying process as possible.
