A great new brand identity, worthy of our huge success.
Since 1990, we’ve continuously gone from strength to strength due to our close relationships with our housebuilder clients, lenders and estate agents, delivering a smooth, proactive, professional and a high level of customer service. In 2017 we processed over 15,000 applications for mortgage services (totalling over £3 billion in lending), part exchange, and assisted move.
Last year was a particularly impressive year for us, which saw our staffing levels increase to over 400 employees and achieve record-breaking growth in terms of overall success.
Working closely with multi-award-winning integrated advertising agency Thinking Juice, we went on a journey to develop a new brand look and feel that was more reflective of our number one position in the new homes industry. This involved a couple of rounds of creative development to produce the final premium identity, before it was expanded into a comprehensive brand guidelines document.
As part of the new branding process, we also updated our tone of voice so our friendly, helpful, straightforward and experienced tone spread across the whole group.
The new branding will further help to unite some of the individual companies that make up The New Homes Group: New Mortgage Helpline, Torc 24, and NHMH. Each company has a new identity, which is aligned to the parent brand, and that follows the new group brand guidelines, giving greater consistency across the group, both visually and tonally.
