Mainly we specialise with people buying new homes and we understand the importance of urgency. Therefore we have designed your customer experience into 3 simple stages to ensure that we satisfy and meet your demanding deadlines.

Even if you are purchasing property on the second hand market we can still offer you the same efficient level of service.

Stage 1 - Our Mortgage Helpline

The first stage is to talk to one of our Helpline Advisers who are available 7 days a week.

Our Mortgage Helpline is there to ensure that even at the earliest stage your proposed house purchase runs as smoothly as possible.

  • They will give immediate guidance on what house price range you can consider and provide you with an indication of the amount you are able to borrow.
  • They are able to issue you with a Mortgage Certificate and have established links with major lenders to obtain an online mortgage approval.
  • As we have established links with many high street lenders we have access to a wide range of mortgage products.

Stage 2 - Our Mortgage Advisers

Our professionally trained and qualified mortgage advisers will arrange to meet you anywhere, anytime, at your convenience.

  • We can arrange for your mortgage appointment to take place in the evening or at the weekend, so there is no need to take time off work.
  • With thousands of mortgage schemes available they will search the market to find one that meets your specific needs.
  • To save you time they will complete and package all necessary documentation at the initial appointment, so your mortgage application is processed quickly and efficiently.
  • Protecting your home and possessions and ensuring your financial stability and peace of mind are all part of our service.

Stage 3 - Our Mortgage Processing Unit

We will assign you a personal member of our mortgage processing team.

  • They will keep in contact with you on a regular basis keeping you updated on your mortgage application
  • They will also work closely with all parties, such as the lender, developer and solicitor, to ensure your whole house buying experience runs smoothly
  • On completion of your house purchase we will ensure that all necessary protection arrangements are in place at the right time

We do not charge a fee for our advice, but we do charge an administration fee on completion of your mortgage application form, which is typically £95. As an independent mortgage adviser we can also offer a purely fee-based option with a charge of up to 1.5% of the loan amount
